Dear Kalamazoo Log Cabin Quilters,
My goodness, I have big shoes to fill as I follow Kim Longstroth in serving as your President! I want to extend a special thank you to her for the wonderful job she did leading our guild for the past two years.
I really enjoyed the presentation by Rona Herman, aka Rona the Ribbiter, during our
May 21st meeting. I hope we all learned something from her discussion of color and
fabric selection.
I hope I will see all of you at our June 18th meeting. I look forward to seeing the quilts that will be shown and presented to two organizations. Can we set a new record number of quilts donated to our June Charitable Project?
