Every year approximately 60-80 of our members meet for 4-5 days in the Amish community of Shipshewana, Indiana. We stay at the Farmstead Inn where we have a large room where we sew, talk and eat! When we need a break we walk a short distance to shop at the wonderful quilt shops and a multitude of other shops. We have fun and make lots of quilts!
Fall 2026 Annual Retreat:
Our Fall 2026 Annual Retreat is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7th through Saturday, October 10th.

The following are some guidelines to keep in mind:
Good to Know
- Current KLCQ membership (2026-2027) will be required to register as a Member between March 17 – July 17, 2026. Non Members may register between June 14 – July 17, 2026.
- Farmstead Inn provides a daily continental breakfast.
- Lunch/Dinner are on your own.
- Each person is provided with an 8’ table. You may bring a side table, not to exceed 24″x30″ HOWEVER, personal / small irons are NOT to be used.
- Cutting tables and ironing stations are provided. Only ironing boards provided by Farmstead Inn are to be used.
- Bring everything else you need to the retreat.
- Conference Center seating will be assigned in the order registrations are received.
