Cheers to the Arrival of Spring!
The Spring flowers & trees inspire me to make bright and colorful quilts. My stash certainly shows evidence of this! The All Guild Sew-In on February 26th was fun and productive. Events like this offer new opportunities for friendship and community. I am always amazed at how many quilt tops are assembled in only a few hours. We need to thank Teri LaVoy, Dawn Shilts and the Sew Merry Group for their great organization of this event.
I hope many of you will consider stepping in to fill the KLCQ Board Positions that will be vacated after May. We need member involvement to remain an active and vibrant group! If you are interested, please contact Lesley Nedervelt.
